The objective of this program is to provide you with a solid foundation and the necessary tools and skills to becoming a first class yogin and Yoga Teacher. As a result, your personal practice will grow in depth and richness. Life will unfold in wonderful ways that you can´t imagine and you will discover a renewed, more inspired sense of beingness.
The program is infused with the wisdom of a positive and life affirming philosophy. It´s a dynamic yoga training that promises to take your yoga to the next level and to lift your heart and mind. After the successful completion of this training you will be able to register with the Yoga Alliance®. Holding the 200-RYT license (Registered yoga teacher 200-hours) in Hatha Yoga will entitle you to formally start your path as a yoga teacher.
From January to May 2021 you will be immersed in our truly nourishing educational environment. Classes will be held throughout the week so your studies can be integrated within the rest of your life activities.
Schedule
A normal week schedule with flow as follows:
Thursdays:
17:00 – 18:30 Sadhana and further studies. Pranayama, meditation, mantra and applied philosophy will be the center themes.
18:45 – 20:00: 75 minutes yoga practice within the context of a regular class. Later in the program this will be used for the refinement of observation, assisting and skillful hands-on.
[COVID] for the 2021 course this part will be done online. All students are required to connect live through ZOOM
Saturdays
8:30 to 15:00: Technique and teaching methodology will occupy these segments of your training.
[COVID] for the 2021 course this part will be done at the studio. All students are required to come to the studio in Calle San Feliu 17. The maximum number of students is 10. A distance between students of minimum 1,5 meters is observed at all times. It’s permitted to to do physical practice of yoga without a face-mask.
Attendance to all classes is required. Expect homework, reading assignments and self assessment quizzes. In order to find your own voice as a teacher there will be time for practice teaching, constructive feedback and personal guidance.
The training will end with a 3-day intensive. Friday 28, Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 May 2021 daily from 8:30 until 15:00. Graduation ceremony Sunday 30 May at 15:30.

Teaching yoga is one of the most rewarding professions both for the individual and for the world. We are interested in you as a person as well as a becoming teacher.
We value the commitment, resolution and heart that you pour into the path. For this reason, we select the group of students that will be part of each year´s trainees. You are not required to be an advanced practitioner, nor to be injury free.The in-depth understanding of yoga that you will gain throughout the program will help you heal and excel.
Zaira Leal
Zaira Leal has been involved with yoga since childhood, seriously studying it since her teens and teaching it skillfully since 2000. She is a published author, more than 20 years in the teaching profession and comes from a lineage of educators and writers. Certification
Zunray has been a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance for 6 years. Yoga Alliance certification is recognized worldwide as the standard for yoga teachers. When you graduate from our program you will receive a Zunray teaching diploma which entitles you to register yourself as a RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance. If you are doing this training for career purposes, this is very beneficial and important.
Price and application
Due to COVID-restricitions there are 10 spots available for this program (normally 15). The selection of the participants will be determined by interviews.
The full price of the 200-hour program is 3300€.
Discount 200€ for reservations before 1 December 2020 = 3100€
Discount 400€ for real early birds. Before 15 October 2020 = 2900€
You can reserve your spot by making a down-payment of 500€. The remainder is due by 7 January 2021. The date of the down-payment determines the discount applied to the remaining payment.

[COVID] We strictly follow all legal mandatory regulations. If at the beginning of the program it is not possible to hold the Saturday sessions face-to-face, you can cancel and will have the right to a refund of your deposit. If restrictions change during the program, the program will be adapted in agreement with the students.
