Since her late teens, and under the guidance of her teachers, Zaira Leal has been dedicated to live consciously, awakening and unfolding the luminosity of the Self within. A singer and weaver of tales who incorporates the beauty of chanting into her classes and therapies giving them a purity and uniqueness that sets them apart and makes them distinctively her own. Her understanding of ancient texts enlightens the student effortlessly through the practice.

Zaira has extensive and deep training in various Yoga styles, focusing on Anusara Yoga and Shiva-Shakti Tantra. She is an Anusara® Inspired teacher, also a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Yoga has been Zaira’s lifelong passion and sanctuary of many years. A fourth generation teacher, she has developed special programs for adults, athletes, teens, children and children with autism as well as offered private instruction and Yoga Therapy.

Her commitment to serve others inspired her to study Ayurveda. Zaira is Chopra Center Certified Instructor and teaches the signature program Perfect Health, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Program, created by Drs. Deepak Chopra and David Simon. As an Ayurvedic Lifestyle consultant Zaira guides people in areas that might be of their concern: physical health, emotional freedom and higher status of consciousness. Ayurveda is a way of life that comes from the inside out.

Zaira also received a BA in Hispanic Linguistics and a Masters of Education in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. She has taught Spanish in schools, universities and privately, embracing students of all ages and backgrounds.

To her students and clients as well as to all her teachers Zaira offers deep gratitude and recognition.

Ivana CsomosováOriginally from Slovakia Ivana has been living in Palma for over 6 years. After many years in the physical exercise world of aerobics, being a personal trainer she discovered Yoga. Since then she has immersed herself in learning and improving her practice both physically and spiritually. She is a certified teacher from Sun Power Yoga (UK)
and has done many workshops with wonderful inspiring Yoga teachers like Chuck and Maty from Tryyoga London. Her classes are dynamic and full of passion. She will integrate her love for philosophy in her classes and provides an excellent choice of music to accompany your asanas.

Mateo Vilariño

Mateo VilariñoMateo is native from the island and he travelled around the world to come to the realization that Mallorca is the best place to enjoy his passions: Yoga, Pilates, massage, trekking and sailing.

He holds internationally recognized certifications, awards in the modalities that he practices and many years of experience.

After working in the Hotel and Tourism industry, Mateo decided to dedicate himself professionally to his passions: he studied Mountain Climbing in the “Mountain School of Aragón” and Chiromassage in “Estena”, Palma de Mallorca. Mateo also attended Yoga courses in Galicia and Barcelona but formed himself as a Yoga teacher in California through the organization “The Ashram”. He continues his studies by attending the prestigious Anusara Yoga Immersion programs, Pilates in “Corpore Centre” and also attending small monographic courses on Reiki, Bioenergy, Indian head massage, or Reflexology.

Mateo takes nature with him wherever he goes and in all his classes he combines “Vinyasa Flow Yoga” style with other techniques in order to reach the desired balance. His work is always carefully adapted to the needs of the group and the individual student.

Mateo is a very talented father, he speaks five languages fluidly and can make everyone comfortable.

Brent Mackay

Brent MackayBrent was born in Vancouver, Canada, and spent most of his formative years on the west coast of Canada. He has a bachelor’s degree in English & a professional teacher’s certificate.

He first arrived in Palma on a small sailboat in 1989 & immediately fell in love with this enchanted place. He began teaching English and ended up staying almost two and a half years.

Over the course of the past twenty years, Brent started a family, owned three businesses, traveled, became single, lived in New York City, became a painter and has continuously moved toward the fullest possibilities and expressions of life.

From the start, Brent knew yoga had something different to offer but his path took him in many different directions, until 5 years ago when he returned to the mat. Since that time, he has developed a daily practice and has studied with teachers such as John Friend, Seane Corn, Desiree Rumbaugh, Cristina Sell & Noah Maze.

In 2008 he took his first teacher training with Eoin Finn and began teaching soon after. In 2009 he met certified Anusara Yoga teacher Chris Chavez in a workshop and decided to take the Anusara immersions & teacher trainings, which he completed in January 2011.

Brent’s classes are focused & full of opportunities to explore the possibilities of mind, body & spirit from the foundation of alignment into action & the expression of Grace.
